How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Carryfalls Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How your contact with Carryfalls Remodeling went, by phone or otherwise
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has gone wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Carryfalls Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@carryfalls.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If you do not like our response, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
